What materials are your garden beds made from?

Our raised garden beds are crafted from 100% natural fir wood and cedar wood with waterproof painting for weather resistance. Some models feature weather-resistant, shatterproof PE (polyethylene) planter boxes on metal frames for lightweight durability.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of sizes to fit any space:

  • Compact: 25.5″ x 36″ — perfect for patios and balconies
  • Standard: 4-ft x 2-ft (48″ x 24″) — ideal for backyard gardens
  • Large: 79″ x 17.5″ — great for growing rows of vegetables

Do the garden beds have drainage?

Yes! All our raised beds feature drainage holes and bottom gap designs to prevent waterlogging and root rot. Some models have detachable bottom panels for growing long-root plants directly in the ground.

Are these suitable for outdoor use?

Absolutely. Our garden beds are designed for outdoor use with weather-resistant construction. They’re perfect for patios, decks, balconies, porches, and backyard gardens.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to international shipping soon.

Assembly & Care

Are the garden beds easy to assemble?

Yes! Our raised beds are designed for simple setup with basic tools. Most models can be assembled in 30-60 minutes. Some tiered models include built-in handles for easy movement.

How do I maintain my raised garden bed?

Our garden beds require minimal maintenance. The waterproof coating protects against weather damage. We recommend keeping beds clear of standing water and storing in a covered area during harsh winter months if possible.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us at support@primebackyardsupplies.com to initiate a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us asap within the 15-day window with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How can I track my order?
